This guide shows you how to quickly access and review a student’s chat history with their tutor on the Mindjoy platform
Alert: Note: Chat history is enabled by default for K-12 organizations, or via Research classrooms for Higher Ed.
Chat history is disabled by default for Higher Ed organizations
1. Navigate to https://beta.mindjoy.com/educators/classrooms to view a list of all your classrooms and click on the classroom you to which you've assigned a tutor and want to view the student chat history
2. Click to select the specific tutor
3. To view a student's chat history click on the message icon '💬' within the row of the student's name. The number next to the icon indicates the number of chat messages the student has sent
4. If a student has had multiple chats with the same tutor, all chat instances will be shown. Click on the specific date of the chat to view the history.
5. Clicking through will reveal the student chat history
