1. Navigate to a tutor chat conversation
Giving a thumbs up 👍🏼
2. Click on the 👍🏼 button to give a thumbs up.
3. This will select the chosen button to note your feedback

4. Click on the 👎🏼button to give a thumbs down.
5. Clicking will select the chosen button to note your feedback
6. To remove your selection, click on the selected button again. The colour will change (to blank) indicating that the button has been deselected
