Under every tutor reply there is a thumbs up and a thumbs down. They tell us when a tutor answered well and when it did not, which is how the tutors get better.
Giving feedback
Hover over a tutor reply. Four buttons appear underneath: copy, thumbs up, thumbs down and read aloud.
Click thumbs up if the answer was good, or thumbs down if it was wrong, unhelpful or pitched at the wrong level.
Why it is worth doing
A thumbs down on a bad answer is more useful to us than a support ticket, because it comes with the conversation attached. If a tutor is consistently getting something wrong, that is usually the prompt or the knowledge base rather than the model, and the feedback helps us tell the difference.
