Organisation Settings let administrators manage their organisation's profile, team, students, integrations, and moderation policies.
Accessing organisation settings
Click Organisation in the sidebar (visible to users with an admin role). The settings are divided into several sections:
Profile
Set your organisation's name, type, and upload a logo. This information appears on shared content and student-facing pages.
Educators
View and manage all educators in your organisation. You can invite new educators, change roles (educator or admin), and view archived accounts.
Students
View all students across your organisation. You can search, filter by classroom, and manage student accounts including graduating or archiving students in bulk.
Integrations
Connect your Learning Management System to Mindjoy for automatic roster sync and single sign-on. Available integrations include Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Teams for Education, and Canvas (via LTI 1.3).
Moderation
Configure content moderation policies for your organisation. Choose a moderation level (Strict, Moderate, or Lenient) and set custom response messages per category. See Set Custom Moderation Messages for details.
