Moderation decides what Mindjoy blocks in student conversations. It is set for the whole organisation, so it applies to every tutor and every class.
Changing the policy
Click your organisation name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Organization. You need to be an organisation admin to see it. The tabs are Profile, Moderation, Educators, Students, Classrooms, Integrations, Classroom Sync and Legal Entity.
Open the Moderation tab and choose a Moderation Policy. Strict is designed for younger students and blocks swearing along with content about violence, substance use, weapons and illegal activity.
Pick the level that matches the age of your students. You can change it at any time.
