You can attach an image or a document to a message, which is how a student shows a tutor their working or a question they are stuck on.
Attaching a file
1. Open the tutor and click the + button below the chat box.
2. Choose the file. You can also drag a file straight onto the chat box, or paste an image from your clipboard.
3. Add a message saying what you want help with, and send. "Here is my working, where did I go wrong?" gets a better answer than the image on its own.
From a phone
The attachment menu also offers Upload from phone, which shows a QR code. Scan it and you can take a photo on your phone that lands straight in the chat on your computer.
