Suggested questions give a student three follow-up prompts after each answer, so a conversation keeps moving when they are not sure what to ask next.

1. Open My Library from the sidebar and click your tutor to open it.

2. Click Tutor settings in the top right.

3. Scroll to Suggested questions and turn the toggle on.

4. Click Save changes in the top right.

Go back to the tutor and click New chat. Settings changes do not apply to a conversation that is already running, so always start a fresh chat to see them.

After the tutor replies, the suggestions appear just above the chat box. A student can click one or ignore them and type their own question.
