1. Navigate to your tutor

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Scroll down to look for the Suggested questions toggle and then click to activate it

4. Once activated, click "Save Changes"

5. Click "Chat" to go back to the chat window, to begin testing how the feature works with your tutor

6. Click "New Chat"
Even if you had a previously ongoing chat, it is absolutely advisable to start a new chat after you've made changes to your tutor settings

7. Suggested questions will be shown as "bubbles" just above the chat box. You may click on any of the bubbles.

8. If you've set up Suggested questions correctly, your tutor should be suggesting 3 follow-up questions based on recent messages.
