6. Once you've uploaded your files, click "Save Changes"
7. Click on "Chat" to go back to the chat window, to begin testing how your tutor responds with its enhance knowledge
8. Click on "New Chat"
Although it would work to continue on a previously ongoing chat, it is advisable to start a new chat after you've made changes to your tutor settings
9. Click into the chat box to start asking questions specific to what is contained in your knowledge base documents
10. With Knowledge base enabled your tutor should be able to reference and align its responses with the content you've provided
Seeing which documents an answer used
When a tutor answers from its knowledge base, it shows you which of your documents it drew on: a badge for each document above the reply, and small numbered markers on the sentences that came from them. Hover a marker to see the document name.
If you were expecting an answer to come from your documents and it carries no markers, the tutor answered from general knowledge instead of searching. Asking a more specific question, closer to the wording in your document, usually prompts it to look.
