When a colleague sets a tutor's visibility to your organisation, it becomes available to every educator in your workspace. You will find those tutors under Shared with me.
Finding them
1. In the sidebar, open Shared with me under Library.
2. Set the type filter to Tutors. Every card names the educator who shared it.
3. If one colleague has shared a lot, use the Shared by filter to narrow the list to their work.
What you will see here
Shared with me collects everything other people have made available to you, which is a slightly wider net than organisation-shared tutors alone:
Tutors shared with your whole organisation.
Tutors shared with you directly.
Publicly shared tutors, which also appear in the Community gallery.
Using one
These tutors belong to the person who made them, so they stay in that person's library and you cannot edit or delete them from here. You can open one, try it, and assign it to your classroom.
If you want to change how it behaves, make a copy first. Your copy is yours to edit and lands in My Library. See Copy a shared tutor.
