Pathways are an amazing tool for combining AI tutor support, content and auto marked questions, all that result in a report on the Insights into the learning. These are often worked on collaboratively, but just how do we share the Pathway with our colleagues? Let's find out!
1. Navigate to the Pathways page.
2. Click the share button to the right of the Pathway you'd like to share.
3. Click the "Search for educators" field.
4. Start typing the name of an Educator you'd like to share with then click their name when it appears in the search results.
5. Select between:
Editor*: The user can make changes to your Pathway*
Viewer: The user can view and copy the Pathway, but can't make changes to your original.
6. Use the checkbox to decide if you'd like the users to receive an email telling them about the sharing.
7. Click "Share with educator"
8. You can also share the tutor with the entire organisation, Click the General Access dp down menu.
9. Click "Organization"
10. Click "Done"
Sharing individual lessons
In addition to sharing pathways, you can also share individual lessons. Open any lesson from the Lessons library and click Share to add collaborators with Owner, Editor, or Viewer access. Lesson sharing works independently of pathway sharing - a colleague can have access to a specific lesson without having access to the pathway it belongs to.
