Click on the dropdown menu option next to your Organization name in the navigation bar (as shown here in step 1)
2. Click on "Organization"
3. Click on "Educators"
4. Click "Invite educators"
Invitation using invite link
5. Simply copy the invite link (clicking the button as shown below) and share it with educators you would like to join your organization on Mindjoy.
Alert: Please note: Anyone who has access to the invite link would be able to join your organization upon sign up, it is therefore important that you only share this link with members you know and trust.
Clicking on the 🔁 button will allow you to regenerate the link on Mindjoy (which will expire previous links that were created), thus preventing anyone with an old link from joining your organization.
Invite using email address
6. To send email invitations: Click the "Email Addresses" field.
7. Type the email addresses you’d like to invite
8. Pressing "Enter" will add the email to the list and update the number of invitations to be sent. If you want to remove a listed email address, simply click on the 'x' next to the address
Tip: Tip:
You can paste a list of email addresses separated by commas, semi-colons or spaces. This includes pasting the contents of a CSV file.
If you’ve pasted in your list of emails and they are not listed, you may need to press the spacebar or “Enter” button to get them listed.
9. Review the email addresses and send the invitations when you’re ready by clicking "Send invitations"
10. You will receive a confirmation pop-up if emails have been sent through
