You can let the Mindjoy support team into your account temporarily, so we can see what you are seeing when something is going wrong.
Granting access
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and open Settings, then Security settings.
Support access is off unless you turn it on, and you can withdraw it at any time. We will always ask before using it.
