It happens, our join link is forwarded to the wrong person, or a student clicks in the wrong place and ends up enrolled in the wrong course. In this case removing a student from the classroom is as simple as following this guide.
1. From the Classroom page, click "Students"
2. Use the elipses button next to the student to select "Remove from classroom"
