Lessons are comprised of blocks of content, let's take a look at how you can add a block of pure content to the lesson you're building.
1. Click "Add block"
2. Click "Content"
3. You'll be given an editor to work with, click inside it to start adding your content.
4. Make sure to click "Save" when you're done!
