My Library: where your content lives

Find, organise and create your lessons, pathways and tutors in one place.

Written by Kat Morgan

Your Library is the single place your teaching content lives. Lessons, pathways and tutors all sit together, and you can group them into folders however suits the way you plan.

You will find it in the Library section of the sidebar.

The four places to look

The Library section holds four views:

  • My Library. Everything you own, in folders you control.

  • Shared Libraries. Libraries you share with colleagues, covered in its own article.

  • Shared with me. Individual items other educators have shared directly with you.

  • Trash. Anything you have deleted recently, ready to be restored.

Finding things quickly

Search by name, or narrow the list with the filters:

  • By type: Folders, Lessons, Pathways or Tutors.

  • By when it was made: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or This year.

You can switch between a card grid and a compact list, whichever you find easier to scan.

Creating something new

The Create button makes a folder, lesson, pathway or tutor right where you are standing, so new content lands in the folder you are already looking at.

Lessons and tutors then ask how you would like to build them.

Shared with me

Shared with me collects items colleagues have shared with you directly. If one person has shared a lot, use the Shared by filter to narrow the list to just their work.

These items belong to the person who shared them, so they stay in their library. You will not be able to move or delete them from here.
