Browse, search, and manage all your lessons in one central library

The Lessons library is your central hub for creating, managing, and organising lessons. Unlike pathways, lessons in the library exist independently - you can create them first and add them to pathways later, or assign them directly to classrooms on their own.

Accessing the Lessons library

Click Lessons in the left sidebar to open your Lessons library.

Browsing and filtering

The library has three tabs to help you find lessons quickly:

  • My lessons - Lessons you own or have direct edit access to

  • Shared with me - Lessons other educators have shared with you

  • All - All lessons visible to you across your organisation

Use the search bar to filter by lesson name.

Grid and list views

Switch between grid view and list view using the toggle buttons next to the search bar. Grid view shows lesson cards with a content preview, while list view shows a compact table.

Lesson card actions

Each lesson card shows the lesson name, when it was last edited, and quick-action buttons:

  • Assign - Assign the lesson directly to a classroom

  • Add to pathway - Add the lesson to one or more pathways

  • More menu (...) - Share, duplicate, or delete the lesson

Creating a new lesson

Click the + Create button in the top right corner to start a new lesson. You can create a lesson from scratch or use AI assistance to generate one.

Selecting multiple lessons

Click Select to enter multi-select mode. You can then select multiple lessons to add them to a pathway or create a new pathway from your selection.
