You can add lessons from your library to any pathway you own or have edit access to. This lets you build pathways from lessons you have already created or that colleagues have shared with you.

Adding a lesson from the Lessons library

1. In the Lessons library, find the lesson you want to add.

2. Click the Add to pathway button on the lesson card.

The Manage Pathways dialog showing available pathways

3. Select the pathway(s) you want to add the lesson to.

4. Click Done to confirm.

Adding a lesson from within a pathway

You can also add existing lessons from within the pathway editor. Open the pathway and click Add existing lesson (or the + button) to browse and select lessons from your library.

Collaborator access when adding lessons

When you add a lesson to a pathway, any editors of that pathway will automatically gain derived edit access to the lesson. If the lesson has collaborators who are not pathway editors, you will see a confirmation step explaining which people will gain access.

One lesson, multiple pathways

A lesson can belong to multiple pathways. Changes to the lesson content are reflected everywhere it appears. If you need different versions for different pathways, duplicate the lesson first.
