Educator Insights shows how far each educator in your organisation has got with Mindjoy, from signing up to seeing insights from their students' work. It is the quickest way to spot who needs a hand. It is part of the organisation Insights area, so you need to be an organisation admin to see it.
Opening it
Click Insights in the sidebar.
Click Educator Insights next to Educator Overview, or either of the Which educators cause the most activity? and Which educators are onboarded and which aren't? buttons.
The onboarding funnel
Educator Onboarding starts with Total Educators: everyone with an educator or admin account in your organisation, plus anyone you have invited who has not joined yet. Each bar after that shows how many have reached one of eight steps:
Signed Up: has an account and finished signing up. Pending invitations count as not signed up.
Pathway Created: has created a lesson or a pathway.
Tutor Created: has created a tutor.
Tutor Assigned: has assigned a tutor they created to a class.
Pathway Assigned: has assigned a lesson or pathway to a class (or one of their lessons went out as part of a pathway).
Enrolled Students: owns a class with at least one student in it.
Student Submissions: a student has completed one of their lessons in one of their classes.
Insights Generated: one of their lessons has insights from students' completed work.
The funnel is all-time, so it ignores the date picker. A big drop between two bars is where to aim your next training session: lots of lessons created but few assigned, for example, usually means people need a walkthrough of assigning.
The Educators table
Below the funnel, the Educators table has its own date picker, a Search educators... box, All, Onboarded and Onboarding filters, and Download CSV. The columns:
Educator: their name.
Student Feedback: answers students submitted to questions in lessons this educator assigned, during your dates.
Pathways Assigned: lessons and pathways they assigned during your dates.
Tutors Assigned: tutors they assigned during your dates.
Questions Answered: messages students sent to tutors this educator assigned, including tutors inside their lessons. These are questions the AI answered for students, not quiz questions.
Onboarding Progress: how far through the onboarding steps they are. At 100% they show under Onboarded; anyone below that shows under Onboarding.
One educator in detail
Click an educator's name to open their page.
The header shows their name, email, and how many classes and students they teach.
Journey to First Impact is the same eight steps as the funnel, ticked Completed or Not Completed for this one person. Once they have done all eight, the checklist disappears from their page.
Classes lists each class they teach with their Role, Students, Pathways Assigned and Tutors Assigned.
Student Feedback & Support charts Feedback Received and Questions Answered for their students over your dates.
Pathway Activity Over Time and Tutor Activity Over Time chart what they have created and assigned.
Tip: before a training session, filter the table to Onboarding and open each name. The Not Completed rows are your agenda.
