Sampling pins a strong answer so you can share it with the class as an exemplar.

Open the classroom from the sidebar, go to Assignments, click the assignment and then the lesson.

Go to the Blocks tab and click the question you want. The drawer that opens lists every student's answer.

For free response and long answer questions the drawer has a Sample tab, where you can pin an answer worth showing.

It is the fastest way to build a "what a good one looks like" slide out of work the class actually produced.
