Your classrooms are listed in the sidebar, under Classrooms.
Finding them
Click a classroom to open it. All Classrooms at the bottom of the list shows every one you have, including any you have archived.
Pinning a classroom keeps it at the top of the list. See Pin and Unpin a Classroom.
